- Filming also took place on October 25 & 26, 2024, on Baker St. in Los Angeles:

- Ambulance scenes were filmed using this Arm Car Camera from CineMoves, which is a pretty cool piece of equipment, and indicates some more intense/complex driving scenes were shot. (You can see it in action in an unrelated project here.)
- The Ambulance is being used to deliver for Postmates (a food delivery service), and is a plot stated by Charlie to have a more classic, old-type of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia feel.
Predictions:
- The below photo was taken on October 24, 2024 (in-between dates the street scenes were filmed), so it is likely the cast are in wardrobe for this episode:
- Mac and Dennis "dress the part" of EMTs, and end up responding to a real emergency call while in the midst of their delivery scheme
- There are parallels between this episode and "Bums: Making a Mess All Over the City"
Questions:
- Will other members of the Gang be involved in the Ambulance-Postmates scheme, or will there be a completely separate B-plot?
Notes:
- *The writers on this episode could be swapped with Dog Track, as filming does not always happen in production order (e.g. #1602 was filmed before #1601 in 2023)
